We attempted to sell and have decided to rent. Please do not bother the renters that are currently occupying the house. This is not any short sell, the house is being kept for and everything works top notch. I know that you will enjoy the neighborhood and town of Marlton. We lived here for 13 years and are sorry to be transferred to New Mexico.

31 Radnor Blvd. is a beautiful home. A wonderful 2,032 square feet. It was completely renovated four years ago. Everything new: ac unit, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, drywall, tile, etc. I loved it for the large bedrooms and the extra large yard. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bath, and the master room, bath, extra room and another full bath downstairs. Did I mention that I like the size of the rooms? Lots of attic space with entrance to attics thru both rooms upstairs.
The sluiceway next to the property is fun for the kids to catch frogs and turtles. Beeler Elementary School is just down the street(or you can cross the creek thru the path to the playground). Marlton Middle School is the MS and Cherokee High School is the HS. All wonderful schools.
