This is before stitches....after the plastic surgeon reconstructed the muscle and lip, and 1 day later!!! The surgeon said "it is always a little dog". My advise, stay away from little nippy dogs! Isaac was at a friends house, petting their Boston terrier. You just never know. Thirteen stitches later and a fat lip for a week!
